Arkkeo Oy operates Props Vantage (propsvantage.com) and the Props mobile application.
2. What data we collect
When you join the Props Vantage waitlist, we collect:
- Your email address
- Your company name
No other personal data is collected through the waitlist form.
3. Why we collect it
We use this data to:
- Manage the Props Vantage waitlist
- Contact you about early access, product updates, and launch information
- Understand demand from Finnish food and drink brands
4. Legal basis
The processing of your personal data is based on your consent, given when you submit the waitlist form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
5. Data processors
Waitlist submissions are processed through Formspree (formspree.io), which acts as a data processor on our behalf. Formspree may store data on servers located in the United States. Appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses, are in place to protect your data in accordance with GDPR requirements.
6. Data retention
We store your data for as long as the Props Vantage waitlist is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to communicate product launch information. If Props Vantage does not launch, your data will be deleted within 12 months of the waitlist closing.
7. Cookies and tracking
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It runs as a third-party script, but it sets no cookies and does not track you personally. We use no other tracking.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw your consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi)
